Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) for managing orders and delivering goods. The online store transfers personal data to transport companies to deliver the goods. The name, phone number, and email address are forwarded to the transport service provider selected by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by a courier, the customer's address is also provided in addition to the contact details.
Purchase history data (date of purchase, product, quantity, customer details) is used to create an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used for refunding payments to the customer. Personal data such as email, phone number, and customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The online store's user IP address or other network identifiers are processed for providing the online store as an information society service and for web usage statistics.
The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer. The processing of personal data is also carried out for fulfilling a legal obligation (e.g., accounting and resolving consumer disputes).
Personal data is transferred to the online store's customer support for managing purchases and purchase history and for resolving customer issues. If the online store's accounting is performed by a service provider, personal data is transferred to the service provider for accounting operations. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if it is necessary to ensure the functionality or data hosting of the online store.
