Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information
The terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. Prices for products sold in the Online Store are marked next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable method of delivery. The amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link. By agreement with the Online Store, other transport services can also be used. The agreement enters into force upon the receipt of the payment amount to the Online Store's bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including the cost of goods delivery) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Delivery
Goods are sent within Europe. Regarding the delivery time and shipping cost, please contact the Online Store at info@leegis.ee. In Estonia, goods are sent via parcel machines. The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. For delivery times within Europe, please contact info@leegis.ee, as the delivery time varies depending on the country of location. In exceptional cases, the goods have the right to be delivered within up to 14 calendar days (both within Estonia and Europe).
Right to Lodge a Complaint
Upon the appearance of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months at the latest by sending an email to info@leegis.ee. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales agreement. However, it must be considered that in the case of a used item, defects resulting from normal wear and use cannot be treated as defects. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Force Majeure
The Online Store is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or for delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay is due to circumstances that the Online Store could not influence or foresee.
The right to return goods can be reviewed.
